Incomming Session Denim by Premiere Vision For Autumn Winter 2009-2010

Denim is a fabric that is special, unique. With its own very specific community. To provide it with an industry tool best suited to its needs, Première Vision creates a new type of encounter, made to measure and adjusted to its particular culture: Denim by Première Vision.

A mythical, even rebel, fabric, denim also sets itself off by the very specific timing of its manufacturing processes. The washing and treatment operations that enter into its creative process impose fabric selections extremely early on in the season. Taking these imperatives into consideration, Denim by Première Vision is held on dates located very early on in the calendar, corresponding to the exactly right moment, at the actual start of the season for this specific market. For the June 2008 session, Denim will present those for autumn winter 2009-2010.

Denim is more than a product, it is also a culture. This unique fabric, with its marked character, pulls into its orbit a community with pronounced codes. A community made up of those who create it, transform it, and reinvent it season after season, as well as those who give it shape and have made it a universal product, adopted by consumers the world over.
Denim by Première Vision addresses all members of this community. For this first edition, it intends to bring together a selection from approximately 50 international exhibitors: denim weavers, bleachers and accessory manufacturers.
In terms of visitors, the aim is to attract the largest jeanswear brands from throughout the world, as well as specialized manufacturers.
For this rendez-vous with this universe with such a strong identity, a universe always on the cutting edge of creation, Première Vision has designed an event in tune with the same effervescent spirit that enlivens it, that draws on its same sources of inspiration.
Along with the surprising and no-holds-barred displays and targeted fashion information, Denim by Première Vision will also be, for two days, a center for impromptu propositions, witty impressions, happenings and surprises, all in a festive ambiance.
Nevertheless, this new event, in a class by itself, is organized by Première Vision, which brings to this, as to all its exhibitions, its own requirements in terms of efficiency, quality and service.
Alongside this new rendez-vous entirely dedicated to the jeans industry, Première Vision will continue to propose a denim offer in February and September at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Salon, in a calendar and concept that addresses multi-specialists, one that satisfies both jeans' brands looking for the latest news and later, more transversal contacts, as well as ready-to-wear and luxury brands whose collections include jeans lines.
