This is picking up enough momentum on it's own to be awarded a new report. Abstract is a hybrid of two recent major trends: geometric prints & painted effects. These are very unique prints that you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. It's very easy to stand out in a crowd with any of these items, and feel free to explore your own artistic side.Colors are in bold (see our Color Wheel to the left for more specific color trends), and the combinations are endless. As for styling, pick one of these items as your "statement", everything else should be subtle window-dressing.
Abstract dress? Wear a simple pump and solid handbag. Crazy top? Pair it with white jeans, or a simple black pant with a dazzling cuff. Like abstract shoes? They look terrific with a simple solid jersey dress. We think abstract can be pretty & fun.
